Guidelines

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A BIRTHDAY PARTY?

For the best selection of dates, it is necessary to schedule your party at least 4-6 weeks prior to the event. Birthday Parties usually run 1½ to 2 hours. Call 864-579-2670 to discuss available dates and place your reservation. A $30 non-refundable room fee/set-up charge is required at the time of reservation.

INVITATIONS

Invitations designed for your Birthday Party will be created by the Design Team at Scrapbook Creations. Parents/guardians of the Birthday Child will distribute the invitations.

BIRTHDAY PARTY GUIDELINES

Scrapbook Creations can accommodate up to 20 children at a party in the store classroom. A minimum of six children is required to book a party. Projects are geared for ages 7 and older. A talented member of the Design Team will be leading the party project. Participants have the opportunity to learn various crafting techniques depending on the project selected.

A parent/guardian of the child hosting the party must remain in the classroom with their guests at all times.

REFRESHMENTS

Refreshments are welcomed. The parent/guardian is responsible for all refreshments. The Design Team at Scrapbook Creations is not responsible for refreshments.

PARTY PROJECT

The Birthday Child can pick from our list of pre-designed projects. Project pricing ranges from $6 to $15 per child. Custom projects will be designed and priced accordingly.

At least two weeks prior to the party, a standard project must be selected and the number attending provided to Scrapbook Creations. This is the number of projects that will be prepared for your event and this is the number that will be charged to you.

Custom projects will require a longer lead time. It is preferable for custom-projects to be scheduled at least two months prior to the event date.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

When the party time is reserved, the $30 non-refundable room fee/set-up charge is paid.

At least two weeks prior to the party, when you select the project and determine the number of people attending, the balance is due. The cost of the project is per guest. Just multiply the number of guests by the cost of the project and add tax! This is the amount due to Scrapbook Creations. Don’t worry. The Design Team will calculate the cost!

Custom projects can be designed especially for your event. Pricing will be determined by the cost of your special project. Additional lead time is required for custom projects.
